NESC, Inc. was founded in 1996 to provide custom concrete solutions to contractors, architects, and property owners in residential and commercial markets throughout New England. Using the latest technology, we offer innovative solutions for self-leveling flooring and custom concrete solutions.

Anthony S. Petronio, P.E.
General Manager
Tony develops growth strategies, markets the company’s capabilities and develops cost proposals. He has served in New England’s construction industry for more than four decades, including 32 years as an engineer with the Massachusetts Highway Department. His work for the highway department earned him the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Pride and Performance Award and the U.S. Department of Transportation Outstanding Achievement Award. Before joining NESC in 2000, Tony was a Project Manager for SPS New England.

Al Garber
Al Garber recently joined NESC to head up sales in our Mobile Concrete Division after 22 years providing guidance and technical support in construction equipment decisions to customers throughout New England as a Senior Salesman for Hertz Equipment Corp. in Boston. Before that, he spent more than ten years as a construction field superintendent for major construction firms. He holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University.
