We employ three types of curb installation:
Berm: Curbing is adhered to the top of the binder with a heavy-duty epoxy, resulting in the most cost-effective method of curbing. Berm concrete curbing is an affordable and more attractive alternative to bituminous materials that soften in the heat and show wear and tear shortly after installation.
Trench: A cost effective curbing method that offers the full strength of a concrete base deposited into a trench. This technique yields up to an 18" high curb cross section with 6" of reveal. Shapes available are a standard 6" x 12" full profile and the new 6" x 18" full profile. We can install up to 1,000 linear feet of trench curbing per day.
Slipform: A continuous concrete curb of any cross sectional shape vibrated and extruded into place. This process is faster and more economical than precast alternatives. Slipforming also eliminates the erratic settling and unsightly appearance caused by precast six-foot sections. We can install between 1,000-2,000 linear feet of Slipform curbing per day.
